2. This week, I discovered my whole account has been deleted - could not even log in with my email.
And I have purchased two multiple license wordpress themes.

No answer - 7 email addresses - no answer.
Based on my experience, I recommend using Themeforest. Ironically, I left themeforest for TemplateMonster - but the problems are TemplateMonster are worse than Themeforest.
At least at themeforest, you get to get access to your account with help fronm their admin or support.
Absolute tragedy!
