⚠️TENANTS BEWARE⚠️Horrific service on the tenants behalf in the Lisburn branch from staff member Sarah Spence. Did nothing to support us when a dispute arose with the landlord over a broken boiler. We were left without heat for almost 3 weeks in the middle of February. Landlord was on her holidays and said she would sort it when she got back. Proceeded to charge us for the boiler repair when as it should have been her responsibility as a landlord to fix it. Continually told lies and bullied us into paying for it. When I asked Sarah Spence for advice in confidence she went and proceeded to let the landlord know I had enquired about ending my lease early (obviously I would have paid whatever early termination fee etc that would have been involved.) She made it very clear what side of the fence she would be supporting and that of course would have been the client who is renting properties through them. She did nothing to support us and let the disgrace of a landlord Fay and Dave Coffey get away with ripping off two young people renting their first home. When we tried to contest paying for the damage they then threatened to charge us more money for totally fabricated lies. They told us at the beginning that they would maintain and look after the garden yet when we said we weren’t paying for the boiler they said they would charge £507 for the garden not being weeded, yet they told us they would look after it. DO NOT RENT 82 Whitethorn Lane, Kinallen, Co.Down. It will seem amazing at first but between horrifically manipulative landlords and useless staff at Templeton Robinson I would advise anyone to steer clear and by reading other reviews on google and Facebook it’s clear that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience.
