This is by far the most unprofessional cleaning company I’ve ever dealt with.I paid for a full end-of-tenancy deep clean plus several extra services, but the person who showed up was one cleaner, late, and spent time arguing on the phone instead of working. Many areas were left dirty, and multiple paid-for services were simply not done.Because of their poor work, my letting agent charged me £350.When I raised the issue with evidence, the company refused to take responsibility, ignored facts, and even twisted the complaint dates to avoid accountability. Their only “solution” was offering a re-clean when the property was already handed back — completely useless.This company is unreliable, careless, and dishonest.If you are moving out, do yourself a favour and book with someone else.
