They were incredibly friendly and inviting. Very kind with organising the date and time even when rearrangements needed to be made. Kept up to date with potential cleaning issues (i.e. electric hob discolouring) and explained it well. Hard working, just cracked on with the job immediately and left the place in a fantastic state.
