I made a purchase and contacted the within 30 minutes to cancel or get help. Been waiting for several days to get a respons. Nothing yet so far. No phonenumber, no chat. Just emailadress which they dont even answer. I would at least expect some sort of honest answer, not just some standar crap that will maybe come. Finally got in touch. Promised that my tickets will be delivered asap. Lets see if they are serious.
