I have been using Tenorshare's iCareFone for the last 5 years. This program has allowed me to backup as well as extract important data from my Family's Apple devices. I tend to backup my devices quite often, and so far have not experienced any data loss. In the past, I used it to import my custom music folders, since the Music app kept on modifying my imported music. The UI continues to work well and isn't hard to learn. The only issue so far I have encountered was a licensing issue that I was able to resolve efficiently with their Support team. All and all, it has been a great program to use as a replacement to Apple's iTunes.
