I find these machines more powerful than Tramerdol for a serious spinal injury. They come with 10 programes and it is important to try each one to see which one works best for you. I personly use programe NO 4. Before I tryed this machine I was in constant pain all day even after taking tramerdol. Now I am able to go about my day witout all the problems of serious pain. I cannot recomend these machines more as it has transformed my life.
