Reached out to support to clarify the reality of things as their broker feed did not match what I was getting on tradingview + their large spread, I had to close out to avoid more potential loss as I had already incurred a larger-than-normal loss at the start of the trade. I also offered to send proof that I took the trade in question on exness, tradingview screenshots if they wanted.These guys stayed adamant on their decision, despite every other trade meeting requirements. Makes no sense cos the trader actually put time and effort, sometimes staying awake, into making those profits only to have everything deleted at the click of a button.WHAT THEY ARE ALSO SAYING IS THAT IF YOU OPEN A 0.1 LOT TRADE ON GOLD INSTEAD OF 0.01, YOU MUST WAIT FOR THE 3-MINUTE WINDOW TO ELAPSE BEFORE YOU CAN CLOSE THE TRADE AND ENTER WITH CORRECT LOT SIZE 😂 And this is a live account so all that money goes to the firm. Think about how many traders may have suffered the same fate. Funny enough, I saw negative reviews about these guys on the X app recently but you think it can’t happen to you, until it does.If it moves like a scam, it probably is a scam. Forget the positive reviews, anyone can come on trustpilot to write a review. You’re prolly better off trading and compounding your own capital.
