A few days ago, I shared my experience with the service on a review platform. The office reached out to me, asking me to remove my comments and assuring me that they would address the issues. After I complied, I received no further communication. Despite sending several tickets, there has been no response. I even emailed the representative who contacted me three times, but still no reply. My concerns involve the slippage, high spreads, and a peculiar tactic regarding spreads that only I seem to notice, as stated by the office. I am aware that management will read this feedback. I want to clarify that my intention is not to insult the service but to express my dissatisfaction with the inadequate treatment and the failure to address recognized issues. Their typical response has been, "Don't work with us, or we'll close your account." Promises to resolve these problems have gone unfulfilled. When the service does reach out, it's only through my account manager, who is the most helpful person at the office. She is kind, easy to work with, and attentive to resolving issues while keeping me informed about solutions. I am seeking compensation for the troubles caused by these issues. Thank you very much. ❤️
