Absolutely Terrible.horribly ineffective - The initial indication of my experts ineffectiveness came from my own experience as of 01/2026 & I am going to articulate the deficiencies - as short as possible.The expert I was assigned, John, lacked consistent communication and timely feedback. Several assignments were turned in late or never completed, little notice given if a system issue was to arise and graded work was returned with low scoring and when asked, was told excuse after excuse. Does not follow rubric and grading guidelines for assignments . Reaching out to the company for assistance is a waste of your time. These issues made it impossible to score higher than a C in the course. Suggested improvements: NONE. Stay away from Teratutors, pay a little more with another company, because you will pay for it in the end. In addition, for the missing assignment that he was not able to complete, I had to reach out to another company and pay them a separate fee for each additional missing assignment just to give my grade a slight advantage, versus an F for the missing assignments he had not completed.
