Edited review: Initially, I rated this host 2 stars due to uptime issues. However, I’m now giving it five stars because I'm impressed with their customer service. They provided a valid explanation for the downtime and offered extra days to make up for the inconvenience, which was unexpected for a smaller company. Hosting approved 👍 July update: Response times for tickets are quite slow now, and I haven’t received replies even after 24-48 hours. Additionally, the server occasionally goes offline without notice, which is frustrating when managing a community, as I have many people asking why the server is down and I can't communicate anything since there are no updates from the host.
