I’ve been using it everyday for a month. The taste is not great but I’ve added nano greens to it and now it’s fine. I do think it’s given me more energy. I’m going to continue to use the product in hopes it helps my skin & hair too. I do wish the price was a bit lower but I get it. Nano greens isn’t inexpensive either.
