I just started using the products on the 15th of September. As I could not start them before my rotator cuff surgery on the 12th, which is a difficult surgery to recover from. But can honestly say after almost three full weeks of using the products, I believe they have aided in getting my system back to normal after anesthesia and pain medication (which I only took for the first week). I also believe it’s helping in the healing of my shoulder because it’s getting my gut balanced and everything starts in the gut. I will order a 2nd month supply because I need to get back to feeling 100%
