had a very disappointing experience with Terratern Immigration. I was initially promised that I was eligible for the Germany Opportunity Card, Later, after a mock interview with their own German HR, I was told I am not eligible without B2-level German language and 5+ years of experience – which I clearly did not have and was never informed about earlier.Then I was pushed into their Canada PR process, and told again by their team that I’m eligible. But when the actual process started, their Canada team said I’m not eligible due to less than 67 points. When I asked for clarification, my assigned point of contact stopped responding.This clearly shows poor coordination, misleading promises, and a lack of transparency. They are now refusing a refund and trying to divert me into a student visa or other options I’m not interested in.I strongly advise everyone to double-check your eligibility and think twice before trusting Terratern with your time and money.
