This company is a scam. They advertise premium products then provide cheap TEMU garbage. And then when you try and get a refund for the fraudulent product, they will refuse to pay DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY They will rip you off. It's shameful that fraudulent businesses like this are allowed to continue operating in Australia If this company has ripped you off, please report them to consumer affairs so they can be held accountable.
