I did the "Vietnam - Secret Wonders" tour in February 2026 and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The itinerary was a good mix of group activities and some time to explore and enjoy the places on your own, which is always nice when travelling with a group. You get to check the "must-see's" off your list, but there's also plenty of off-the-beaten-path places, sights, bars, restaurants and activities. Accommodation was top notch, which is especially nice seeing as I'm (sadly) a bit too old to crash in youth hostels... Travelling in small groups is great because you really do get to know your fellow travellers and make great friends along the way. 10/10 would do again!
The team at Terraxplora were very helpful in the lead-up to the trip. You get all the information you need, and everything is arranged - you basically just need to follow their packing list and show up at the airport, from which they'll pick you up. All questions are answered quickly and they're basically on stand-by 24/7 if you need anything.
Wacyl, our tour leader, was very knowledgeable about the country, the culture and it's history, and whatever he couldn't answer the local tour guide was there to explain to us. On top of that he was an all-round great travelling-partner, always up for going for a drink at night, or an espresso at day.
Cannot recommend Terraxplora enough!
It was a very nice 2-week trip to Thailand. Bangkok-Northern Thailand-Krabi-Phi-Phi-Kuh Jum-Krabi. We could have returned to Bangkok, but we stayed in Krabi, because we were staying in Thailand longer.The group leader was Kirthy, she is a very nice and good person. We were very satisfied, I dare to recommend!

Well planned and thought through. Karolin was a great group leader - helpful, caring, fun, very well organized.All accommodations were very good or some even better than very good. Got lots to see and do and at the same time it was also real fun! Money well spent!😊
I had an amazing 10 days with Terraxplora in Bali, and it truly gave us countless new memories and friendships. Our group leader, Karolin, was fantastic! We experienced so much during our trip, from hiking and swimming to shopping and enjoying Balinese massages. Every dinner was a delight, and they made sure we had everything we could ask for. Terraxplora really made our adventure unforgettable!
I booked a trip to Nepal in march 2025 and I am very happy I did. It was very last minute decision and I had a lot of questions. We had time to connect to each other and spend time together doing a lot of fun activities. A lot of emotions and sensations! I think TerraXplora is perfect if you like to explore, if you are curious and just want big adventure at the other side of the world without being scary to be alone or lost. I went to Svalbard, the worlds northernmost town. We had awesome activities every day and the whole group enjoyed every second of it! Would go for another trip without a doubt! Just finished my second trip with TerraXplora. Last year Vietnam, now Thailand, and it was just as amazing! With my heavy work schedule, I love that I don’t have to think about anything, just follow the plan and go with the flow. They take you to spots you’d never find on your own, and I was lucky to have Wacyl as our tour leader. You could feel that he knows the places and locals, and he went out of his way to create a great group vibe and fascinating conversations. Can’t wait to explore South America with them next year!
