All instructions were delivered and acted on as stated. Pick up was so smooth avoiding any queues at rental desk, same on return. Car was a very recent model, well valeted and ready to go. Personally I'm not a fan of picking up a car with 75% full tank as trying to return it in the same condition is almost impossible to plan. That was my only minor point however and I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending the company above the bigger more established companies around Palma airport.
