What you're going to get:1. Not like car rental from one of the majors: okay, this is going to mean a limited fleet but it also means no hard-sell to upgrade. No extras for additional drivers.2. The cars are brand new but are not stuffed full of electronics. My sister who hired from VIMO was going to take a sledgehammer to her rental after she couldn't turnoff countless alerts and alarms.3. Picking up is easy but very low tech. You're gonna to have to pay for the short-term car-parking which is based by the minute. This means that anything from gate location to passport control will effect your ticket price.4. You get the impression that you're dealing with real people (though no voice contact is ever made as communcation is done through email and the occasional voice mail when dropping off)5. Pricewise - you could probably shave a couple pounds off their rates but nothing to move the needle.Bottom line - I would use them again
