The fact when I got a hospital prescription filled at one of the terry white chemist on sunshine coast they attached that to some other persons medicine record which turned out this other guy was on anti physotic drugs and was treated second rate at hospital as they quizzed me on it and you could clearly see they thought I was lying apart from one Dr who provided me with a detailed print out so I could take it to the police in which I did and was told it was a cock up on chemist behalf, but hey no bloody apology so now I'm seeking to find the person I have his last 3 years of medicine records as well as legal advice as was made to feel like a liar at the hospital which I strongly feel affected my care there, so much for privacy.
