Purchased prescription for my mum on 25/06/2024 at Terry White Upper Mt Gravatt and been charged $13.50 (Docket number is 1114218 on Tax Invoice which I kept), and then told by her that she bought same medicine of same brand for less than half price ($6.70) from Chemist Warehouse with previous prescription. What a shame! Contacted the Terry White customer service, but been told that they can not do much because stores are individual franchises.
