The company feels more like a money-making machine than a healthcare provider. They seem to prioritize profit over patients’ well-being. I was 10 minutes late for an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, and they still charged a high fee - no flexibility, no understanding. It felt incredibly unfair and unhuman.To make matters worse, during a previous visit, the doctor even laughed at me. That experience was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful.I cannot recommend their services to anyone.
