I rang Tesco mobile on 7th April(Tuesday) to swap from pay monthly, to pay as you go. Was told it was going to take 24 hours. No problem I thought. It's now Friday 10th April and still it hasn't been done. I have rang up everyday and was told it'll take 48 hours then phoned up again to be told it's going to be another 24 hour and I'm going to get compensation. Bloody incompetent. Update 11th April, phone number still not working. Keep getting told different things every time I ring, like today
