Avoid renting from this service! They withheld my $500 deposit even though they claimed there were no damages to the vehicle. I have evidence of the $11 charge for charging the car, but they billed me $29. There was a maintenance issue reported in the app, so I don't understand why I was given a non-functional vehicle. I arranged for them to pick it up, and they initially agreed to a full refund but later retracted that. I've filed a report with a consumer protection agency, requested to speak with a supervisor, and they have refused. I'm currently disputing the charges with my bank to get my money back.
