I am writing this because I have been charged $29.99/month starting on 12/25 for a subscription I did not explicitly authorize. I have attempted to contact customer support via the phone number provided on the website (415-236-3171), but the number is non-functional/dead.This is a predatory billing practice. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my account and a full refund for all $29.99 charges. I have already contacted my bank to dispute these transactions and have reported this to the FTC.Customer Info for Support: I will provide my email once you reply.I will update/remove this review once the refund has been successfully processed.
