DO NOT PAY FOR OVERNIGHT!!!I paid $52.29 to have a package overnighted and FedEx failed to do so. They claimed they attempted to deliver the package even though they did not. I was home the whole day, my front office was open, and our Luxor package room was also open. I received no slip on my door informing of the attempt, and I also waived the signature so regardless of my availability, the package should have been left. Despite this clear and blatant lie on FedEx's part, Test Clear refuses to do anything about the problem because FedEx shows the attempt. Test Clear does not care about their customer's protection and will do nothing to help you in the event their business associates do not uphold their end of the bargain.
