I signed up for an offer to purchase an in-app package that promised a prize of €11 but I wasn't recognized. I wrote several times to support who responded with an automatic email telling me to open a new ticket attaching the screenshots but at that point the automatic email returned... I would therefore say that the offers on games are misleading and the support is non-existent. Mah attention when you pay for an offer!!
