My best advice is to just delete the app and not use it. My £50 worth of gift cards have been processing for over a month. I’ve email customer service everyday but never get a response. There’s just no support whatsoever. Only thing I can do at this point is cut my losses and warn others not to use it. You’ll just end up frustrated and disappointed. Updated 5 months later - still haven’t had the gift cards owed.
