Tests received at the lab on 04/24/23. Today is 05/09/23 and still no results. When we call they tell us the results are processing. Called again today and was told a supervisor would look into it and call back. It is not 5:30pm and we haven’t heard from anyone. Honestly at this point I’m not sure we will ever get the results.Update. Supervisor did reach out and explain the situation. And we received our results. Happy with the follow up and results. Thank you!
