This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They never sent results until they were called out weeks later and despite the fact that we paid for quicker expediting. Then once they were called out on it, they sent us results with the wrong name and date! When I asked for a full refund they denied it, do not trust this company! They are a scam!In response to their response. We paid over $300 and they offered a 15% refund to make me go away. They take forever to respond and act as if they answer things but avoid anything asked about why results took so ling and why the wrong names, dates are on them. They hide behind being a UK company and why the dates are incorrect, although one result was in US dating and the other in UK dating...which is it? BEWARE they act as if they are a US company on their site, but they are sending everything to the UK! They will not admit any wrong doing, but rather give you a TON of excuses and then refrain from answering anything that they were blatantly mistaken...I have contacted the BBB and they won't even answer them! My guess is they will be out of business soon. My hope is this review will keep others from being scammed the way we were. Wish I would have done more research before investing in two tests for $300. DO NOT use this company, you will regret it!Unfortunate I cannot respond directly, but long story short and these are facts:1. We sent results in on the 3rd of January, our results came back to us on Feb 1st and Feb 3rd, that is a month, not 7 days. 2. You are not a US company, you are based out of the UK. This is why results take so long. 3. Paying extra for "expedited" services is fraudulent and just a way to get more money. 4. Results were sent with the wrong name on them5. Results were sent with US date format and UK date format. Which do you use? Confusing to the customer. 6. Results magically showed up 3 days later AFTER I contacted customer service AND asked for a full refund. Weird...7. You are offering 15% back not 100% when I asked for a full refund. I guess your company thinks that is fair? Ugh, what happened to refund policies. 8. I have responded numerous times, I think 11 to be exact. Your customer service team responds with the same message avoiding numerous facts and questions asked. Bottom line, it shouldn't be this hard, seems you spend more time responding to trust pilot then servicing paying customers. By the way can I add a review to your website? I can't seem to figure it out. Maybe you only allow positive reviews on the site?... DON'T BE FOOLED! BUYER BEWARE!
