I got the allergy/intolerance test and was shocked I had a sensitivity and allergy to so many things. I immediately scheduled an appointment with an allergist. After 2 weeks of trying to limit my diet and spending hours researching what to do, my allergist tested my skin and found I have NO food allergies. Better yet, I found out that testing an Igg response for intolerances is a very controversial approach and usually inaccurate. Some studies show you have a high Igg response to foods you are actually very TOLERABLE to. This test is deceptive and I wouldn’t recommend it.In response to Test My Allergy's comment: I went to the article linked on the site, this is an exact copy of what is written at the bottom "Testing of IgG is not indicated for diagnosis of allergy, and there is no evidence that it has any relationship to food intolerances" This is a bogus test.
