I have had several problems.. half my fault and half their fault. When I first ordered my glasses I went over my prescription 3 or 4 times and made sure I had it right! When I got the glasses they were all messed up. I could see anything but blurriness. I had to call them and proceed to return them for a fix. I mailed them to the address the lady gave me. It just happened to be a warehouse where they donate our rejected glasses to poorer people which had I known that that was what was going to happen I wouldnt have put my written eye doctor prescription in the eye glasses case with the reject glasses! So I had to call once more to figure that part out. I also had to call my eye doctor for a new prescription. I finally got it a couple days ago and took a picture of it on my phone and emailed it to them. I have yet to recieve an email back saying whether they could read the prescription or not! So I can know whether they are working on making my pair of glasses right this time. I guess we will find out in the "hopefully" near future! I really hope no one else has this much problem getting glasses from t hem. I think I would have done better and definetly less hassle if i had just went to a local eye doctor and picked a pair of frames t here and had them done there!
