Fraudulent service. I sent money to my wallet, but due to their error, it was sent to a contract address. When I requested a refund, they agreed but wanted a 10% fee. I accepted, but now with the open ticket, they keep asking for more information. I've already provided ID and bank statements proving the wallet is mine, yet they keep requesting my passport and additional documents. It's just a tactic to withhold my money. Stay away from them; it's a real scam.
