I'm a property photographer, tethering to an iPad. I move a lot, but generally carefully. Had a tethercable and Cable Support Kit. Cable is too heavy, constantly pulls on iPad port. Got support kit to ease the weight. Except magnets not strong enough. Eventually led to snagging cable, which failed due to poor build on USB-C connector. Then, last job, one of the support kit tabs just feel off and is lost forever. They charge £30 for a few bits of small plastic that probably cost 50p to make. Extremely poor quality, doesn't do the job and is now lost. Brilliant. Contacted customer service. They didn't want to know - just made excuses.
