Complete joke, from the product I bought to the customer support. I bought the TetherBoost Pro USB 3.0 Core Controller, the power cable and a cable lock. Then I contacted the customer support since the core controller thingy didn't fix my D810's tethering problem on my Mac. Now they say "they're going to see if they can help with the return of the power cable" even thought I want to return everything. Wasting time with them since days. Stay away!
