I bought a dress because everyone told me they paid no customs for the UK - horrified a £250 bill arrived! Then, worst of all, DHL did not listen to me and faked a signature (I was in Africa travelling), and the parcel then went missing/ stolen. DHL admitted their fault and said I should contact the company for a refund. Teuta Matoshi are now refusing to refund me, despite me having proof from DHL and no longer wanting the dress as the event has passed. It feels like a scam because they're trying to use the situation to get a free £700 as they can claim a refund from DHL for the dress back, then send another to replace it, so yes, they send two dresses, but they get £1400 overall without bothering to make another sale. Now I'm having to go through my bank to try get a chargeback instead!
