I contacted the company to verify the process then put in my order for pick up at a local location as they will not ship orders under 20 pounds. Tgey did accept payment BUT They didn't put my order on the truck. I waited for days for a response as I had message to verify pickup location and they messaged they would see what they could do which was nothing. I Finally reached out and they will refund my money. Having a furbaby with kidney disease, has high phosphorus levels and is anemic who isn't eating well and trying to get green tripe, which is supposed to be a good protein for her, this bad service has stressed me out even more. I was counting the days and just barely hanging in till pickup day and nothing they accepted tge payment but didnt put it on the truck! This may have been a good thing since I just read the reviews here and don't want to give my already sick baby bad food. Apparently their system for new orders is unreliable.
