I have serious doubts about this company. After signing the initial contract, I promptly requested cancellation and a refund two weeks ago. They refuse to process the refund and continue to attempt to sell me additional services despite my lack of trust from the start. As of today, I still haven't received my refund, and I am considering taking further action.
