I have been using this service since my first year in college (fall of 2022) and it has been great. Communication is very prompt. I ordered a textbook on Jan 11th and had received a poor quality ebook. Upon emailing them, I received a a prompt response stating that they will fix it and I had a great quality e-book sent to me just a few minutes later. I have never had any issues since I have used their service and from my recent experience, issues are resolved promptly.
