If you value your time, shop elsewhere. I attempted on two occasions to purchase a robotic mower from TFM. On the first occasion, I called to check stock and was assured the item was in stock. I paid in full on the phone only to find that most of the parts were missing on collection resulting in a complex refund. The day after I was called advising they had found stock, so again I purchased and arranged collection. This time the product wasn’t fully registered making the product unusable. Despite multiple long waits on the phone to try and resolve I finally decided it best to return the mower as I was just being passed from one person to another. The return was awful, as I was at another TFM location, staff were unable to refund and generally unhelpful. It’s the first time I’ve been asked for a utility bill at a shop for a return, having already provided proof of purchase and photo ID. This has been a complete waste of time and awful customer experience
