Power pack is brilliant customer service appalling...very rude team leader I was promised call backs which never happened I asked for a different cross bar but because I didn't order the power pack myself they were not interested so in their reply regarding the cross bar fitting both wheelchairs it's not worth a call as I have already been told I can not have a replacement...yes you did discuss the crossbar and your team leader who was very rude told me I had to cut the bar to fit again very very poor service there was no miscommunication he was damn right rude did not return any of my calls didn't even take my name or number and as for spare parts there were no spare parts what so ever just a bog standard fitting kit as a kind gesture because of all the rudness and unhelpfulness you could have sent the cross bar I enquired about but you wouldn't because I didn't order the power pack personally I wouldn't mind I even gave you the serial number so you could check it was from yourselves...
