My property went under offer in July 2025. It’s now 6 months later and:1. I haven’t heard from the solicitor since 10th December 20252. I have no idea when exchange will take place 3. Communication is extremely slow and I am having to chase multiple times to get any sort of responseI have purchased 2 properties and sold 1 property previously and it has never taken more than 3 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
