This is not an official government site but a third-party service. They charged me $50 per TDAC. I later discovered that TDAC can be obtained for free from the official site. I requested a refund, which they initially denied, but after further discussion, they processed it. I still don't understand why they charge, so I advise others to find the official site to obtain TDAC for FREE.
