I recently had a Thames Water plumber visit to unblock a drain, and I’m very pleased with the service. The plumber arrived on time, was polite and professional, and quickly identified the problem.
The drain was cleared efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterward. I really appreciated how clearly the issue was explained and the friendly, helpful attitude throughout the visit.
