I had an issue with a blocked drain at my property and had Michael Smith and Sam Price attend today. They were absolutely brilliant, incredibly respectful of my home; polite, friendly and clearly passionate & tenacious about doing a very thorough job to resolve my blocked drain ASAP! I couldn’t have asked for more and really appreciated both Michael & Sam’s help, if you have a workforce of Michael & Sam’s, Thames Water are doing an incredible job!
