After waiting a month with no delivery, I reached out to the support team for an update, only to be told they couldn't locate my order in their system. With Christmas just days away, I'm left hoping for a miracle, but the truth is, my order hasn't even been processed. I'm incredibly sad and disappointed that they can deceive customers like this and continue to promote their services.
