I ordered on October 17th, and as of November 20th, over a month later, I still have not received my item. The estimated delivery was 10–12 days, which is far from reality. For the first 2.5–3 weeks, my order wasn’t even shipped. Customer support ignored my inquiries for updates. When it finally shipped, it was through a cheap third-party service from overseas, despite the company claiming to be premium. The tracking is stagnant, and I have no idea when (or if) I will receive my product. I cannot comment on the product since I haven't received it, but the service is entirely unacceptable. Asking for a review from someone who hasn't received their order feels insulting. At this point, I expect compensation for the delay and lack of communication. I strongly advise against this experience. Update: I received the product on November 22nd, over a month after ordering, and the situation has worsened. The item is defective and unusable. The quality is far below expectations, and customer support remains unresponsive. The return process seems designed to be impossible. This company operates like a scam, taking money and providing poor-quality items without communication. I urge everyone to steer clear of this company.
