I opened an account months ago, immediately opted for zero marketing. I had endless SMS texts promoting his competitions and it reached the point that I had to close my account hoping it would shut it up sending garbage I don't want I closed that account long ago and checked the marketing was still at none which it was. It looks like I'll be changing my phone number next. It's simple!! Follow your customers marketing requests. If they've closed the account you shouldn't be sending any marketing. Get with it Yesterdays text was £300k and todays £250k promo. If you want to contest it ill send in proof to prevent you getting this one deleted Another response!! So you're admitting you're now sharing Customer details with a 3rd party company. So it's still your fault for paying this company. You clearly have no way of providing the relevant data to that 3rd party. You gave control away and I wouldn't be surprised if it comes back to bite you Here's another update! Why not you do your job and send a new data file to your 3rd party. After all it's your job and they're only doing their job with the information you gave them. That data has now changed. Surely you have a regular interval at which you update that company with current data (well you should do anyway). Most companies would be a month. Yours must be Alot longer however 🖕You clearly only care about money, not business reputation
