Amazing picture. Love the quality. Second time buying from them. However times must be tough now since they didn't pay my extra customs fee to Canada. Read the fine print though! I paid for shipping and then had to pay a customs fee again later for my picture to be released from customs by the shipping company. Shocked, I emailed this company saying I already paid shipping and please help. They said read the fine print and that I'll have to pay it or it won't be sent. Other companies have apologized and gladly paid. I would have even paid this fee upfront had I known about it since the picture is great. Rude email I didn't care for. Too bad when the gesture is romantic but they see dollar signs of course. As companies are entitled to do. Put the real shipping fee next time.
