Phase orientation of the moon is incorrect. I approved the text as that was an initial issue. Who thought one would need to proof the moon? They advertise the moon as it appears on a given date. One relies on that representation. The quality is substandard for the price. Customer service hides behind the fact I approved it as perfect - “the text” was perfect. The response from the company wasn’t “how can we make it right?” Now in response they comment I didn’t say how to resolve the issue, but rather I went straight to Google with a negative review. It is ridiculous to say I didn’t offer a resolution when common sense would dictate what they needed to do to fix this. Instead, I got no further reply until I posted on Google, no offer, no positive response.
