I initially had a great experience ordering multiple packages. However, three packages ago, one took twice as long to arrive as promised (10 days). The last package was reported as "lost" in transit, and I faced difficulties getting a refund. Now, with my current package, I'm encountering the same problem. I'm being directed to a package protection service, which is instructing me to wait until my package is officially marked lost or until 14 days have passed without an update. This is unacceptable customer service, and it feels like no one is willing to assist me in resolving these issues. I'm very frustrated and may need to consider other options.
